Customs & Taxes

For international orders, all customs duties, import taxes, and any additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer. Swatee Singh Label does not cover or reimburse these fees under any circumstances.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate of applicable charges before placing an order.

Shipping Charges

Domestic (India)

• Free shipping on all orders within India.

International

• Free shipping on orders above ₹27,000.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹3,000 applies to orders below this amount.

Dispatch Timelines

• Domestic Orders: Usually dispatched within 14–21 business days.
• International Orders: Usually dispatched within 14–21 business days.

Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Delivery: 3–5 business days after dispatch.
• International Delivery: 5–6 business days after dispatch, depending on destination and customs clearance.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, customs delays, courier issues, or unforeseen events like strikes or political unrest.

Order Processing & Communication

All orders are shipped from our Delhi office.

After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. A second email will follow once your payment is verified and your order is approved for dispatch.

If there is any issue processing your order, you will be informed via email with further instructions. You will also receive regular updates regarding your shipment status.

Please Note:

• We do not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Please provide a complete address with postal/ZIP code.
• Orders containing multiple products will be shipped together once all items are ready.
• Orders cannot be redirected after dispatch, so ensure your provided address is accurate.

Alterations

Alterations require a minimum lead time of 12–20 days, depending on the extent of the changes.

Swatee Singh Label takes up to 4 days to review and confirm alteration requests. A request is considered accepted only once we formally approve it.

We are unable to accept returns on any products.

Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at info@swateesinghlabel.com can be sent.

The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.

Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
